Our Warranty Promise

We stand by the craftsmanship and materials that go into every Fine Twine Leather Co. product. That’s why we offer the following warranty coverage:

Lifetime Warranty – Hand-Stitched Goods

All of our hand-stitched leather goods are covered by a lifetime warranty. This means we’ll repair or replace your item at no cost if it ever fails due to craftsmanship or material defects.

5-Year Warranty – Machine-Stitched Goods

For all other leather items, we offer a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Stitching failure

  • Hardware defects (buckles, zippers, clasps, etc.)

  • Leather separation or tearing (not due to misuse)

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Natural wear and tear or cosmetic changes (like scratches, stains, or patina)

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Proof of purchase(Warranty Card)

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of what happened

We’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days with the next steps.

*Shipping Costs are split in half for the return of items.
